Le Viet Bistro – A Hidden Gem in Blacktown

The Quick Verdict

Le Viet Bistro’s portions are big, and we left stuffed – highly recommend!

We went to Le Viet Bistro for lunch. It took us a while to find the entrance, since there’s a couple of entrances in Central Hotel Blacktown. The space was clean and tidy, with not a lot of patrons.

The menu consists of Vietnamese dishes and pub favourites. I initially picked this restaurant because their t-bone steak was only $19.50! When we arrived, they also had a promo going, which was $40 for 2 pub classic dishes and garlic bread. We then decided to get the t-bone steak (of course), the chicken schnitzel with the free garlic bread, and bao buns.

The food was good, and the portions were big, at least the food we ordered were. My husband and I couldn’t finish everything, we were so full (we got a bit ambitious, adding the bao buns there haha).

Overall, if you’re looking for good, cheap steak, give Le Viet Bistro a try – don’t let the name fool you! They’ve got pub classics too!
