We Visited The New Playground So You Don’t Have To

The New Playground can be worth the hype if you’re looking for streetwear style.
Located in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, The New Playground is a trendy concept mall that is currently viral on TikTok. They specialise in streetwear clothing and accessories made by local brands.
Aside from local brands, you could also find second hand stores on site. They also have a stall that sells perfume (which was more up my alley) and I ended up buying one (and got 2 small perfumes for free!)
Each stall is unique and all equally trendy. Men’s streetwear ranged from comfy hoodies to graphic tees. Browsing through women’s clothing, it’s full of cute, trendy pieces. Unfortunately, the sizing of the clothing is not really for plus-size, making it difficult to find anything for me to buy.
It’s worth the hype if you’re into streetwear. The whole vibe of The New Playground is cool and trendy. But for plus-sized girlies, maybe give this one a skip.
